MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BY THE PURCHASER.

Memorandum that The Wesleyan Methodist Missionary Trust Association

of 24 Bishopsgate London, and Fatsban, Canton, South China .the

person whose name is hereunder written has this day purchased the Lot described

in the foregoing Particulars at the premium of $..52..320...and, as such purchaser,

hereby agrees to carry out the purchase on the terms of and subject to the foregoing

Conditions of Sale, and the purchaser hereby agrees fully to observe and perform

the said Conditions, and to be bound thereby and the Director of Public Works

on behalf of his Excellency the Governor hereby ratifies and confirms the said cale

on the above Conditions.
